Building What's Next That Matters
Turning vision into systems that scale and drive real impact
Tomás Moreno Cebrián-Sagarriga is a strategist / business developer / venture partner based between Madrid and New York. He is 25.

He is Director of Clients, New Business, and Institutional Relations at Mormedi, a global strategic design and innovation consultancy with 28 years of history and offices in Madrid, New York, and Tokyo. He leads commercial growth across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Japan, with a portfolio that includes 23 Fortune 500 companies. His work involves opening institutional doors, building strategic partnerships, and turning opportunities into high-impact design and innovation projects across financial services, aviation, retail, consumer products, and emerging technology.
He is President of Youth Economic Circle, a community of 600+ young professionals connected to the people shaping industries. He has hosted over 130 conversations with CEOs, government ministers, and founders, creating direct access for the next generation to learn from the people making decisions at the highest level.
He was a Venture Partner at Enzo Ventures, Europe's first Gen Z-led VC fund, from November 2023 to May 2026, and is a partner at Aswan Group, where he backs early-stage founders and deploys capital into ventures solving real problems.
At 16, he co-founded a clothing brand with friends. By 19, they had built a community around it and sold the company. That experience taught him things no classroom does.
He has studied at IE University, Northeastern University, MIT, and Georgetown, with a focus on strategy, innovation, and international business. Of Galician and Basque heritage, his approach is shaped more by the decisions themselves than by the credentials behind them.
Outside of work, he is interested in wine, food, travel, and conversations worth having.
